IT Application Support

Responsibilities :

  • Support system for the system that will be used by the user
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by users through helpdesk tickets
  • Communicate with the developer to resolve customer-related issues
  • Create and update related documents of the User guide system and Installation guide.
  • Make a report about support and problem-solving
  • Report or raise any complex issue to the superior.
  • Participate in brainstorming, idea, and knowledge sharing with the team
  • Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer, Information System or Equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in same position (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Fully master of Database programming MYSQL
  • Having good knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Understand about Business Process Application
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office

BackEnd Developer Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Developing the server-side components and logic of web applications or software systems
  • Designing, creating, and maintaining the database that stores the application’s data.
  • Creating and maintaining APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) that allow communication between the client-side and server-side of the application.
  • Implementing the business logic and algorithms required for the application to function correctly.
  • Implementing security measures, such as encryption and authentication, to protect sensitive data and ensure secure communication between the client and server.
  • Identifying and fixing bugs or issues that arise in the backend system, and providing support to other team members in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
  • Working closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration between the frontend and backend components of the application.
  • Writing and executing unit tests and integration tests to verify the correctness of the backend code and ensure that it functions as expected.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for the backend codebase, including API documentation and technical specifications

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information System/Information Technology or equivalent
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of working experience in the same field
  • Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, Web Programming, Responsive Design UI, MVC
  • Familiarity with Codeigniter, Laravel, and NodeJs frameworks is a plus
  • Proficient in REST API, Web Services, and Microservices
  • Experience with version control systems like tortoiseSVN and Git
  • Able to design, develop and implement scalable, elastic microservice based platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities :

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Civil / Electrical / Telecommunication Engineering
  • Experience as a project coordinator for 3 years
  • Have experience working in telecommunications and ISP for at least 5 years
  • Mastering project management, leadership, communication and customer oriented

Site Acquisition and Litigation (SITAC)

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage work permits in potential clusters.
  • Responsible for achieving the home pass cluster area acquisition target.
  • Manage and follow up on permit issues during work in progress.
  • Ensure the survey process and data coordination and integration from the survey report into FTTH design with the planning team run smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Others), Law, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing acquisition cluster and permits.
  • Have good knowledge of FTTH roll-out.
  • Experience in dealing with authorities and approving approvals.
  • Have good communication skills and problem-solving ability.

Data Center Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Standby on site (shifting) to maintain and monitor all utility and facility of the data center.
  • Control, measure, and deeply understand all power or facilities (Travo, Genset, UPS, PUTR).
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of data center utility.
  • First-hand troubleshooting of utility.
  • Supervising all subcontractor activities.
  • Coordinates with third-party vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Assist NOC in change operation according to the NOC requirement.
  • Issued check and approve data center permits for any access and activity.
  • Willing to work on shifting.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Telecommunication/Mechanical).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Have good knowledge about data center and facility.
  • Have good knowledge about TIA-942 & ISO 27001 (would be an advantage).
  • Willing to work overtime or long shifts (incidental).
