Purchasing Graduate Trainee (GT)
Job Description
- Assist Buyers in sending Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers.
- Support Buyers in compiling required documentation throughout the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Help expedite outstanding purchase orders and provide regular status updates.
- Assist in preparing monthly purchasing reports.
- Learn and gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end P2P process within the purchasing function.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Learn and develop familiarity with the SAP MM (Materials Management) module.
Job Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Engineering or Management.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Proactive, quick to learn, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Experience with SAP and proficiency in administrative tools (Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.

HR Graduate Trainee (GT)
Job Description:
- Assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and policy development.
- Support in handling employment legal documents, contracts, and ensuring adherence to labor law regulations.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help implement HR strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support HR projects and administrative tasks.
- Learn and apply best practices in HR operations and organizational development.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates’ degree in Law.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Interest or basic knowledge in Human Resources, labor law, or industrial relations.
- Good analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Finance Graduate Trainee (GT)
Job Description:
- Assist in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support business decision-making.
- Assist in audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to industry and government requirements.
- Rotate across different finance functions to gain comprehensive industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial impacts on operations and projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Learn and utilize SAP System and financial management software for data analysis and reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand the financial impact of business activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with Min GPA 3.0.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Interest in the shipyard, maritime, or manufacturing industries is a plus.

Commercial Graduate Trainee (GT)
Job Description:
- Participate in structured training and cross-functional rotations to gain a broad understanding of commercial operations in the shipyard industry.
- Participate in client meetings and follow up on inquiries and feedback.
- Learn about key operational processes through job rotations within relevant departments.
- Engage in continuous learning and development, including mentorship and performance reviews.
- Support daily administrative and coordination tasks within the Commercial team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of commercial records and correspondence.
- Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and customer segments to support the team’s planning efforts.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g. Engineering, Production, Finance) to ensure timely follow-up on general commercial matters.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Naval Engineering, Naval System Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Marine Engineering.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
