Core Network Engineer [D&S-AMS]

Job Description:

  • Maintain network stability and perform preventive maintenance for customer networks.
  • Conduct analysis, provide solutions, and perform root cause analysis for any live network issues for customers.
  • Regularly meet with customers and promptly address their requirements.
  • Engage in self-evaluation and analysis to enhance technical proficiency and provide excellent solutions to customers.
  • Possess strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with internal teams and customers, clarifying tasks, and completing them in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and effective communication abilities across different levels of counterparts.
  • Basic understanding of Telecommunication/Core network concepts is advantageous, including HLR, GGSN, PCRF, interfaces, and updated technologies.
  • Familiarity with patch installation and core NES upgrade processes.
  • Understanding of datacom/TCP-IP concepts and proficiency in Linux or related operating systems.

Operation Support Engineer [D&S-AMS]

Job Description

  • Responsible for supporting the Telecommunication MS Project team in either Telecom Network Operation & Maintenance or Business Operation.
  • Assist the team in compiling data and generating routine reports for each respective team.
  • Manage end-to-end responsibilities for Network Operation Maintenance & Business Operation scope.
  • Actively engage with all stakeholders, including communication with customers regarding O&M operation support matters.
  • Perform data analysis, provide solutions, and conduct root cause analysis for business operation maintenance purposes.
  • Proactively participate in business operation activities and manage tasks in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in English communication; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking and confident speaking attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of Telecommunication Network concepts is advantageous (Wireless, Access, Datacom, Optical, Core Products).

Optical Engineer [D&S-AMS]

Job Description

  • Handle project delivery starting from commissioning until ATP.
  • Manage customer communication, assisting customers in stabilizing their networks and maintaining relationships.
  • Provide technical and non-technical support during project implementation and early involvement.
  • Enhance technical skills and master all Transmission skills.
  • Design network solutions and implementable designs for smooth project delivery.
  • Collaborate with other product teams to provide end-to-end delivery and design.

Job  Requirement

  • Fresh Graduate, with GPA min. 3.2
  • English proficiency is a must, and knowledge of Chinese is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of optical transmission networks; Clear understanding of WDM technology.
  • Preferably with HCIA Transmission certification.
  • Familiarity with basic telecommunication and latest ICT technology.

Material Control [SCM]

Job Description:

  • Prepare MR draft based on requests from project team.
  • Request PCE, DCE to publish configuration.
  • Monitor site sign and site verify.
  • Responsible for KPI OTD1, site sign, Site verify, MOS On Time, and MOS Accuracy.
  • Support project delivery implementation by ensuring and enhancing the successful supply of installation equipment needed.
  • Close coordination with other internal supply chain teams and understand the scope of warehousing, local delivery, reverse logistics, HTM, POD.

Requirements:

Job Description:

  • Responsible for leading the end-to-end sales in defined business domains in Key accounts.
  • Understand customer business pain points and influence customer business plan based on customer understanding and Huawei strategic objectives.
  • Develop strategy, tactics, and sales plans for key sales projects or key sales targets.
  • Achieve the sales, collection, revenue, and market goals targets for the respective account.
  • Consolidate customer relationships and win customer trust.

Assistant Contract Commercial [CNBG]

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement relevant rules/policies/processes, resolve the most important issues in the business domain.
  • Support account department in organizing review and SDT decision-making.
  • Regularly track the tasks of the account and ensure the tasks are implemented on time.
  • Support and analyze the related data of review and decision-making.
  • Organize contract review in the bidding and contract negotiation phases.

  • Conduct regular meetings with customers and follow up on requirements in a timely manner.
  • Engage in self-evaluation and analysis to improve technical analysis and provide excellent solutions to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering (IT).
  • Fresh graduate from university in 2023 or 2024 with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
  • Good in English communication, also Mandarin will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking and confidence.

Assistant Power and Infrastructure [D&S-AMS]

Job Description:

  • Assist delivery assurance in regional O&M (NAV, Genset Preventive maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, incident and alarms).
  • Assist in strategy planning for Genset management for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
  • Correspond with Customer HQ team for Power operational reporting and recommend improvement tasks for investments/modernization.
  • Build and track taskforces with regional teams, report and publish dashboards.
  • Design use cases for further automation development.
  • Responsible for fuel & genset management in telecommunication managed service delivery projects.
  • Handle daily management of refueling operation, including region operations.
  • Manage all fuel billing operations, including invoice handling, verification, acceptance, and payment process.
  • Responsible for power and usage analysis of genset in telecommunication usage, including analysis of fuel cost.
  • Assist management team and region field team, including cooperation with related teams for fuel operations.
  • Regularly report fuel routine operations, handle and escalate immediately for any incident and its impact on service probability.
  • Communicate regularly with customers and related teams for alignments.
  • Monitor and analyze all fuel operations to prevent and avoid any probability of fraud and design process solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering, or any related major to Telecommunication, Power, Genset, and Fuel.
  • Fresh graduate or min. 3 years working experience in Power & Energy, Infrastructure telecommunication operations.
  • Skills and knowledge of genset system, fuel usage, and power & energy consumption analysis.
  • Knowledgeable in leading team management and field team management.
  • Knowledgeable in payment/billing operation management, fueling budgeting, and cost analysis.
  • Knowledgeable in Operation process solution design for preventive/corrective maintenance.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin skill will be advantageous.
  • Good presentation communication skills, teamwork, adaptability.
