Job Description

  • Prepare internal and external agenda for director’s
  • Managing the document filling system
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Arrange the director;s official travel plans and requirements
  • Supports all the company management activities
  • Willing to work with director’s operational and flexible working hours

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Secretary or Bachelor Degree in Communication or Management
  • Age Max. 27 years old
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Secretary
  • Multitasking and can work with the team
  • Good Communication and good in English
  • Desire to learn, good attitude and well groomed
  • Placement in HQ Telkominfra, Gd. Telkom Landmark Tower South Jakarta
