Maintenance Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Make and manage the annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH) in accordance with company targets and strategic plans.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal machine and utility performance.
  • Develop and execute cost saving and energy efficiency programs, including optimization of spare parts usage and operational costs.
  • Conduct, control, and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities to maintain high equipment reliability and minimum downtime.
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance projects, including machine installation, modification, and improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze machine breakdown trends, identify root causes using 5 Why/Fishbone Analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Ensure implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and PM (Planned Maintenance) to improve equipment reliability, minimize unplanned downtime, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO).
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support smooth manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and mentor maintenance team members to enhance technical and leadership competencies.
  • Prepare and present maintenance performance reports, KPIs, and improvement initiatives to management.
  • Continuously improve factory performance through system improvement, innovation, and teamwork to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields.
  • Minimal 3 years experience as Maintenance Manager in FMCG Industry (preferably Food Industry or Pharmaceutical Industry).
  • Project Management skills and experience are an added advantage.
  • Understand vertical and horizontal machine packing, process machine, utilities, preventive maintenance systems, 5W and Fishbone Methods, TPM, PM, PLC, and SAP PM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Production Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Extruder, Fryer, & Packing Snack Machine in FMCG Company.
  • Having strong knowledge and implementation about ISO 9001:2008, ISO 2200, HACCP, GMP, TPM.
  • Having experience using SAP Program.

QC Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the Food Safety system and their pre-requisite program.
  • Support inspection/audit of HACCP and Pre-requisite Program in factories and suppliers as assigned.
  • Ensure the implementation of the Quality System (QAP) during the Incoming Material, Process Production and Finish Product processes in accordance with the SOP.
  • Conduct, control, and evaluate operational activities (daily, weekly, monthly) to achieve targets.
  • Responsible for the food safety and confidentiality of company document.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/Nutrition or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Quality Management System, Food Safety, SAP, GMP.
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
  • Understanding the implementation of quality control in the field.
  • Understand the standards for food products.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Sparepart Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and preventing shortages or excess.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure required spare parts are available for scheduled and emergency repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts usage, stock levels, purchase orders, and vendor details.
  • Monitor and control spare parts expenses while ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all spare parts meet required quality standards and are suitable for food manufacturing equipment.
  • Adhere to industry regulations and company policies regarding spare parts storage, handling, and disposal.
  • Supervise and support spare part storekeepers or technicians, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Implement improvements in spare parts management to enhance machine uptime and reduce downtime.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in spare parts management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with food processing machinery and spare part specifications.
  • Experience with inventory management systems (SAP, ERP, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize spare part usage and reduce costs.
  • Good leadership, teamwork, and communication skills for coordinating with various departments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Understanding of food safety and industrial safety regulations related to spare part handling.

Maintenance Supervisor

  • Membuat progres project (Ms. Project).
  • Koordinasi dengan tim utility dan User terkait.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimal S1 Teknik Mesin.
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang proyek mechanical, diutamakan pada level supervisor.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, and test new food products formulations, and ingredients to align with market trends and consumer.
  • Enhance existing product formulations to improve taste, texture, shelf life, and nutritional value while maintaining cost effectiveness.
  • Source and evaluate new raw materials, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability of new formulations.
  • Ensure all R&D activities comply with food industry regulations (BPOM, HACCP, GMP, ISO, Halal, etc.).
  • Conduct sensory analysis, stability tests, and shelf-life studies for new and existing products.
  • Work closely with marketing, production, and quality control teams to support product launches and improvements.
  • Stay updated with food industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to drive innovation.
  • Balance innovation with cost-efficiency by optimizing ingredients and production processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in food product development or R&D, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and food processing technologies.
  • Familiarity with food safety and regulatory requirements (BPOM, HACCP, GMP, ISO, Halal).
  • Ability to conduct experiments, analyze results, and troubleshoot formulation challenges.

HSE Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

  • Melakukan dan mengawasi penerapan sistem manajemen lingkungan dan K3 di perusahaan.
  • Mengawasi pelaksanaan pengelolaan limbah padat domestik dan B3.
  • Memantau operasional IPAL dan kualitas air limbah.
  • Mengawasi pemantauan lingkungan hidup WWTP (air limbah, emisi, gas buang, dan udara ambien) yang dilakukan oleh pihak eksternal.
  • Melakukan penerapan sistem manajemen mutu dan sistem keamanan pangan oleh perusahaan.
  • Bertanggung jawab melakukan tindak lanjut dan mengaudit temuan.
  • Mengkoordinasi pelaksanaan rapat P2K3 perusahaan dan kontraktor.
  • Memastikan bahwa setiap pekerjaan yang beresiko tinggi mempunyai izin kerja.
  • Memastikan setiap area kerja terdapat rambu lingkungan dan K3.
  • Menjalin komunikasi dengan dinas terkait untuk penghubung regulasi dan implementasi kebijakan perusahaan.

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Teknik Lingkungan.
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun.
  • Memahami JSA, HIRADAC dan HSE dokumen.
  • Memahami ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3, HSE regulation.
  • Sertifikasi K3 umum/listrik/kimia (BNSP/Disnaker).

  • Merancang dan mengembangkan desain kemasan untuk produk baru maupun produk yang sudah ada.
  • Melakukan trial kemasan untuk memastikan daya tahan, kompatibilitas dengan produk, dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi keamanan pangan.
  • Menganalisis kinerja kemasan dalam kondisi distribusi dan penyimpanan.
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing, produksi, dan supplier untuk memastikan desain sesuai kebutuhan pasar dan kemampuan manufaktur.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimal S1 Jurusan Teknik Kimia, Teknologi Pangan, Teknik Industri, Teknik Material, atau bidang terkait.

  • Memahami flow process packaging material.
