PT. Laut Mas adalah perusahaan yang mengkhususkan diri dalam pengurusan Surat Persetujuan Berlayar (Port Clearance) untuk consignee atau penerima kargo di Batam, Jakarta, Surabaya, dan Makassar. Customer Service LCL & Breakbulk

Responsibilities:

  • Make incoming booking and check cargo readiness.
  • Handle PEB to shipper and make schedules to customer for confirmation.
  • Provide info to collect cargo and monitor cargo status.
  • Create and send BL to customer and shipper.
  • Send documents to agents and prepare loading list.
  • Pull manifest from M-Ship and send to the manifest team.
  • Manage remaining collection that has not been taken.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female, maximum age 28 years.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • At least 1 year of experience in shipping, purchasing, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and multitasking ability.
  • Proactive, conscientious, organized, good analytical skills, and able to work in a team.

Admin Finance

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process payment inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate preparation and approval of payment vouchers.
  • Verify vendor SOA and manage timely preparation for payment release.
  • Review, validate, and record vendor invoices.

Requirements:

  • Female.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in admin finance or a related field.
  • Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work individually or in a team.
