Management Trainee (Makassar)

As a Management Trainee in the Real Estate Industry, you will be part of an immersive program designed to provide you with hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of the real estate business. You will work closely with senior management teams across various departments, including sales, marketing, property management, and operations, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s dynamics and contribute to ongoing business projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Learning & Development: Acquire in-depth knowledge of business operations through targeted training to prepare for future leadership roles.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitors, and provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Project Management Support: Collaborate on cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contributing to the successful delivery of key initiatives.
  • Business Strategy & Marketing Execution: Assist in developing data-driven strategies and implementing effective marketing campaigns to drive revenue and brand awareness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Networking: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners to expand business opportunities and enhance strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2 years of internship or work experiences
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen interest in the real estate industry and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to be place in Makassar
