Job Description:
- Perform maintenance work such as overhauling, repair, calibration, and testing of all plant electrical equipment and instruments base on established manufacturer standards.
- Maintain plant calibration database and perform scheduled calibrations.
- Perform preventive maintenance job on all plant electrical equipment, instruments and DCS control equipment based on established Computerized Maintenance Management System quality standards and schedules.
- Conduct routine inspection and monitoring of all electrical, instrumentation, DCS control system and 150kV line protection system equipment conditions and perform functional check to ensure optimum reliability.
- Report immediately to superior any indications of abnormal conditions based on established standards set by the department.
- Perform Call-Out and On-call duties as required by operations to minimize or prevent plant downtime.
- Assist Operations Section during start up, test and initial operation of newly overhauled plant equipment facilities, ensuring optimum reliability.

- In the event of a Unit Trip or on the instruction of a Shift leader /UC/AUC, immediately reports to the Control Room. They assist the Shift leader/UC/AUC during any incident by monitoring plant conditions.
- To assist the UC/AUC during planned start-ups. This role depends on the number and urgency of technical problems existing at the time.
- Operate the equipment from local control room with guidance from Unit Controller from Central Control Room.

- Assist the project team to prepare Project HSE requirements

Job Description:

- Provides a field supervision service to outside the control rooms during normal and incident operation.
- In the event of equipment Trip or on the instruction of a Controller, immediately reports to the Control Room and assists the Controller during any incident by monitoring plant conditions.
- Check and control the field situation by doing inspection and field visit to ensure system and process are in the reported condition.
- Operate equipment locally to monitor problem or assist maintenance team.
- Pre-start check all equipment parts before operating or running the equipment.
- Perform check of grease levels for Lubrication 01 and Lubrication 02, oil engine level, oil hydraulic level, and cooling water level, or pump grease manually if necessary.
- Test run the system or equipment before ship arrival or before operating manually and automatically.
- Maintain good quality of raw material to avoid equipment damage and unnecessary work.
- Use light tools for minor trouble on the equipment.
- Identify trouble (location, part, or name of equipment) before reporting to control room and supervisor.
- Perform full handover to next shift work in the cabin of equipment.
