Account Manager
Placement : Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Medan, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Makassar
Qualifications:
- Candidate must posses Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 years experience as sales executive in Logistics/Supply Chain/Freight Forwarding industry.
- Proven track record of closing revenue-generating deals and building relationships.
- Experience in a client facing sales role in a B2B environment.
- Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders at executive and C-level.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, determined, and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Achieve sales targets by ensuring effective execution of sales process.
- Selling logistics & supply chain services to acquire new customers as well as developing existing customers.
- Actively gain leads and new sales opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers. This involves researching industries, markets, and leads to find new prospects.
- Ability to upsell, cross-sell and employ other methods to increase sales revenue.
- Daily sales visit and meet with customers to negotiate new contracts and discuss possible upgrades.
- Respond to customer inquiries for commercial and services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in Pos Logistics such as Operations, and Vendor Management to ensure successful business execution and customer satisfaction.
