Learning & Development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in Learning & Development roles within the Mining/Oil & Gas industry.
- HR Supervisor and TOT Certification required.
- Knowledgeable in TNA, LMS, and training processes.
- Experience with the implementation of in-house and external training and certification.
- Proven ability to manage training outcomes, implement training programs, and handle training cost budgets.
- Proficient in data processing and visualization using spreadsheets and Excel.
- Willingness to be placed in Kutai Barat, East Kalimantan.
- Work Schedule: Roster 8:2.
Mechanic Trainer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Heavy Equipment, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Trainer in the mining sector or heavy equipment industry.
- POP, TOT, and BMC Certifications required.
- Proficient in creating Training Modules & Matrices.
- Familiar with mechanical competence in mining companies.
- Excellent at identifying types and basics of maintenance.
- Knowledgeable about the implementation of daily inspections and maintenance of heavy equipment.
- Skilled in training, coaching, and mentoring patterns.
- Willingness to be placed in Kutai Barat, East Kalimantan.
- Work Schedule: Roster 8:2.
Fleet Management System Mining
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mine Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- 2 years of experience handling Data FMS.
- Knowledge in identifying and classifying problems, components, and sub-components for mining equipment.
- Proven track record in managing a team of mechanics.
- Familiar with fleet maintenance and tire management.
- Experience with FMS software (Wenco, Modular, Hexagon, Satnet, MATLAB).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be placed in Kutai Barat, East Kalimantan.

Drill & Blast Operation Superintendent
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mine Engineering, Geological Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Drill & Blast Superintendent in a mining company.
- POP and KJL 2 Certifications required.
- Expertise in drill and blast design applications.
- Familiarity with PIT processes and blasting improvements.
- Proficient in HSE procedures for drilling and blasting.
- Mastery of Good Mining Practices, Drill & Blast concepts, and document control.
- Familiar with current mine plans and future deployments.
- Willingness to be placed in Kutai Barat, East Kalimantan.
- Work Schedule: Roster 8:2.
Heavy Equipment Trainer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Heavy Equipment, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Trainer in the mining sector or heavy equipment industry.
- POP, TOT, and SIO Certifications required.
- Proficient in the types and basics of operating heavy equipment (Excavator, Dump Truck, Grader, Dozer, etc.).
- Understanding of daily inspection and maintenance of heavy equipment.
- Skilled in training, coaching, and mentoring patterns.
- Proficient in creating Training Modules & Matrices.
- Willingness to be placed in Kutai Barat, East Kalimantan.
