Current Opportunity: Global Trainee Program – Maintenance Engineering (Analyst)
The Global Trainee Program is meticulously crafted to cultivate future leaders within Tenaris. This initiative incorporates classroom training, e-learning courses, job rotations, mentoring sessions, and practical on-the-job experiences. Participants also have the chance for international travel and networking.
Requirements• Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (up to 3 years of job experience).
• Background in Electrical/Electronic engineering is advantageous.
• Proficient in using automation control software (PLC Allen Bradley, CNC, etc.) and drawing software (AutoCAD, etc.).
• Preferably familiar with programming software (Python, Visual Basic, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with proficient English in both written and spoken forms.
• Passion for industrial business and manufacturing environments.
• Characteristics: Good team player, proactive, eager to learn, resilience, result-oriented, and always curious for improvement.
Main Responsibilities
• Development of specific projects in manufacturing or related technical areas.
• Formulation and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring and assessing the area’s results.
• Analysis of information and preparation of deliverables such as reports and processes.
• Deep understanding of exposed processes, core process learning through training, project assignments, and activities.
• Participation in defining and implementing maintenance planning in the assigned area.
• Ensuring availability of necessary materials and spare parts for projects.
• Preparation of spare parts budget, cost behavior analysis, and identification of cost reduction options.
• Analysis of machine performance to propose corrective and preventive actions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Management and updating of maintenance information systems, record-keeping for the assigned area.
• Development of procedures and promotion of maintenance program execution to drive improvement actions.
• Compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, incident reporting, inspections, and participation in investigation processes.
