Job Description
- Undertaking market research to identify key projects of interest.
- Review of project specifications, scope of work and customer requirements.
- Develop, plan, and execute a strategy to build customer relationships and increase project penetration.
- Communicate market intelligence, results and lessons learnt with the team.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities – both internal and external.
- Make regular site visits to monitor progress, demonstrate technical expertise and build relationships.
- Develop and maintain a network of direct contacts with architects, consultants and main contractors.
- Travel to different offices and participate in daily operations as required.
- Provide administrative support, create, and conduct presentations.
- Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of working experience in relevant or similar capacity. Experience on large-scale construction projects is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, with commercial acumen.
- Strong command of English, and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with a diverse team, external partners, and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at any given time.
- Confident and positive team player with eagerness to learn and develop with a company for the long-term.
- Passionate and proactive, with a drive to succeed.
- Excellent analytical, computational ability, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with software, including advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office & Teams.
