Management Trainee (MT)
We are looking for a high-potential Management Trainee – Sales to strengthen our growing B2B sales team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This position is intended for early-career professionals who already have initial exposure to sales and are ready to take responsibility in a performance-driven environment. This is not a support role. From the beginning, you will be involved in direct sales activities, working with system integrators and end customers while developing strong fundamentals in B2B
In this role, you will:
- Actively drive B2B sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and first-level customer engagement
- Identify and approach system integrators, partners, and potential customers relevant to the telematics market
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and product presentations with guidance during the early phase and increasing independence over time
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and quotations to support revenue targets
- Manage your own sales pipeline and activities using CRM tools
- Develop a strong understanding of customer use cases, market challenges, and telematics solutions
- Take ownership of assigned territories, accounts, or targets as you progress in the role
What we expect of you:
- Minimum GPA 3.2 from a reputable university,
- Maximum up to 2 years of professional experience, including internships. Prior exposure to B2B Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles is strongly preferred
- Professional English proficiency (minimum C1 level / IELTS equivalent) as English will be your primary working language
- Proven involvement in organizations, committees, or professional communities
- Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in B2B Sales
- A proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with targets, feedback, and continuous improvement
